Our Online Store operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our shipping and receiving hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm CT.

Payment Policy
Dancing Dingo accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards via PayPal. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash or CODs for online purchases.

Shipping
Your order is normally shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail take approx. 3 - 5 business days, and orders shipped by First Class mail take approx. 7 -14 business days for delivery (some exceptions apply). We will send you a confirmation when your order is sent.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available from $25 up to $300. If you wish to purchase a gift certificate, please click on the above button which will take you to PayPal for the purchase.

Wholesale Information
Thank you for your interest in Dancing Dingo Luxury Soap products. For retailers interested in purchasing Dancing Dingo products at wholesale cost for the purpose of resale only, there is a first order minimum purchase of $200.00 (retail value). This amount does not include shipping and handling costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sending Multiple Gifts
Purchasing more than one gift is not a problem. If all gifts are being shipped to the same location they can be in the same order. If you would like us to ship a gift to another address, just do a separate purchase for that order.

If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please have the names of your products and your gift certificate number ready, then call us at 512-401-3404 during our normal business hours.

Return Policy
Dancing Dingo has a ‘No Return’ Policy. We recommend that you purchase trial sizes if you are trying a product for the first time.

Free half-ounce samples are included with your order(subject to availability). Interested in trying a particular product? Please note it in the comments section during checkout; if available, it will be included with your order.
